Types

Blog can be distinguished by the types of their content. For example, vlog - is a blog containing video, linklog - is a blog, containing linls sketchblog contains sketches or portfolio and photoblog comprises photos. Blogs, were different types of content are mixed, are called tumblogs. An unusual type of blog hosted on the Gopher Protocol is called Phlog.

Different people use different to compose their blogs. A blog which was written with the help of PDA or smartphone is called moblog. Sometimes web-cameras are used to compose blogs, when a person posts live-video to its blog. It also can be accompanied with notes or pictures. But bloggers should think twice about this type of blogging - it can be used as an evidence in lawsuits, especially divorces.

Some blogs have one particular subject - like travel blogs, political blogs, educational or music blogs. And blogs on legal topics are called blawgs. The others feel free to discuss anything.
