Dangers
Blogging has brought different types of unexpected consequences and legal liabilities. Political bloggins is considered the most uneasy type. Expressing views on current news may be rather dangerous - that were the private opinion can damage other people political reputation. Or it simply can be slander. In UK poltician sued a lecturer, who referred to him as a "Nazi" in her blog, for 17,200 costs.
A few bloggers throughout the worlâ were sued by companies for publication trade secrets, a.g. Aaron Wall. However these attempts failed - all of them were dismissed for lack of personal jurisdiction.
Lots of bloggers were dissmised by their employers, who found content of their blogs inappropriate. Elene Simonette, who's "Queen of Sky: Diary of a Flight Attendant" turned into "Diary of Fired Flight Attendant", wrote a book based on its blog. Erik Ringmar - a lecturer at the London School of Economics in 2006 was ordered to "take down and destroy" his blog, because he dicussed the quality of education at the scool there.
