Consequences

It seems worrying for many people (especially for those who work in mass-media), that bloggers do not respect the role of mass media and the copyright. However many journalists have their own blogs and sometimes post the news anā opinions on it, that haven't been published yet.

And there is a reverse process. Many bloggers have appeared on radio and TV due to their blog popularuity. And many writers and people, connected to writing and publishing, start their own blogs to familiarize with new areas of writing. And often this kind of experience becomes the material for the book.

There are plenty of bloggers, who's books came up in the last few years - Salam Pax, Ellen Simonetti, Jessica Cutler, ScrappleFace. Such books are often called bloocks. However the vast majority of these books aren't so popular as the blogs of their authors were. Only Tuker Max's book enters the New York Times Bestseller List. The reason for this is that majority of the readers prefer reading such type of literature on the web.
